Initial Feasability - Initial design meeting and discussions to assess your brief and to assess planning approval. - A fee of
£55-00 + VAT per hour is charged for this and is waived should the project proceed within two weeks from the date of the initial meeting.
Planning Negotiations - Utilising our vast experience to optimise planning consent.
Building Regulations and Planning Applications - Preparing comprehensive detailed architectural plans and structural engineers details to submit for planning and building regulations on your behalf.
Recommend Building Contractors - Recommending the best and most appropriate building contractor to suit your project.
Interior Design - Available interior design service to compliment your plans.
Landscape Design - Landscape architectural design available to complete your project.
